PIAMONTE Manzanilla olives are green pitted olives with a pleasant Italian truffle sauce.
The Manzanilla olive (little apple in Spanish) is regular and spherical in shape and resembles an apple. It has a balanced bitter-salty and delicate flavor. There is no pronounced bitterness or aftertaste. It is harvested and consumed both green and black (ripe). It is used as a table olive and for making olive oil.
