ALCARRENO olives are chopped green olives in a mix of vegetables and a pleasantly sweet dressing of olive oil and spices.
The Manzanilla olive (little apple in Spanish) is regular and spherical in shape and resembles an apple. It has a balanced bitter-salty and delicate flavor. There is no pronounced bitterness or aftertaste. It is harvested and consumed both green and black (ripe). It is used as a table olive and for making olive oil.
Pasteurized product. Contains no allergens or GMOs.
