The product is manufactured by highest quality Bulgarian honey , collected in the ecologically clean region of The Rose Valley – known for its clean air, diverse flora and favorable climate.

The added raspberries go through a special drying technology – lyophilization , which preserves all the nutritional properties of the fruit.

What is lyophilization?

Lyophilization is a modern method of drying fruits, in which they are deep frozen, and then the water is extracted directly into a gaseous state, without passing into a liquid phase. This makes the process extremely gentle , preserving:

• vitamins
• biologically active substances

Thanks to this method, the raspberries remain aromatic, fresh and nutritious , with a long shelf life and high quality.

What is cream honey?

Cream honey is obtained by slow mixing process of raw honey at a temperature of around 28°C for 10–15 days. The aim is to change only the physical properties, by destroys the crystal structure , but without affecting the taste and medicinal qualities. The result is fine and Easy-to-spread honey that literally melts in your mouth.
