What is cream honey?

Cream honey is obtained by gentle treatment of raw honey, in which it is stirred for 10–15 days at a temperature of about 28°C .

This process breaks down the crystalline structure of honey without changing its chemical composition, taste, or beneficial properties.

The result is honey with soft, thick texture , reminiscent of thick cream, which melts in the mouth and is easy to spread.

The honey used in this product is sourced from an ecologically clean region in the heart of The Rose Valley – an area known for its biodiversity and pure nature.

Strawberries are lyophilized – processed using a special deep-freezing and vacuum drying technology, which allows maximum preservation of nutrients , taste and aroma.
